These young heroes are hard at work! The Calvert County Fire-Rescue-EMS Volunteer Cadets from Calvert County Career and Technology spent Wednesday, January 10th honing their skills at the Maryland Fire & Rescue Institute Southern Maryland Regional Training Center in LaPlata.

From hands-on drills to teamwork exercises, these cadets are learning the ropes of firefighting and emergency response. The dedication and passion they bring to each training session is truly commendable.
