Capital Region Honor Flight Operation "Welcome Home"

Help us provide a hero's welcome home from a grateful community as our senior war veterans return from their Day of Honor in DC. This Honor Flight is made up of southern Maryland veterans from Korea and Vietnam eras. Fun for the entire family.

Where: Huntingtown High School
4125 Solomons Island Rd, Huntingtown, MD 20639

When: September 27, 2025
Please arrive between 6:30 and 7:15 p.m.

Greeters will be directed to park and gather outside the high school. Once the bus arrives to your enthusiastic welcome, we will move inside for a short program and opportunity to thank each Veteran. Yellow ribbons, homemade banners & Signs/American Flags, and hugs are encouraged!
