| The Dunkirk VFD mournfully announces the passing of member Amanda Mitchler. Amanda left us on Saturday, September 24, 2011 after giving birth to her baby Gavin. Amanda was a friend to many and a part of the Dunkirk VFD family for many years. Amanda was a fun, loving, and caring friend to us all. Amanda was a volunteer in Calvert County since 2003. Please keep Amanda's family, friends, and baby Gavin in your prayers.
