Yesterday our Calvert County High School Firefighter/EMT Cadet Class were visited by Maryland State Police - Aviation Command Sergeant Adam Davies, Trooper/Crew Chief

Sgt Davies gave our cadets an overview of Aviation Command, including landing zone and communications procedures, information on the aircraft, and the requirements to become part of the MSP Aviation Command. After the presentation, the crew from Trooper 2 - Washington arrived and demonstrated landing zones, patient loading procedures and hoist capabilities as well as their ability to assist in search and rescue missions. We would like to thank MSP-Aviation Command, the crew and Sgt Davies for a wonderful presentation and experience.
