On Saturday, September 2nd Calvert County Fire-Rescue-EMS attended the 2023 PyroJam at Jefferson Patterson Park alongside our friends at St. Leonard Volunteer Fire Department and what an incredible experience it was!

The night was filled with excitement and wonder as the sky lit up with the most spectacular fireworks we have ever seen. The colors, the music, the gasoline balls...the sheer magnitude of it all was nothing short of breathtaking.

PyroJam was more than just fireworks; it was a full-on family-friendly all day festival! We enjoyed delicious food from local vendors, heard fantastic live music, and there were fun activities for all including ax throwing, rock climbing, moon bounces, slides, and more!
